It turns out that Graham’s NTL Broadband Problem wasn’t directly related to his box. He had not re-attached the (analogue signal) filter which the NTL engineer’s had fitted at some point. Doh!

i have just bought a new Dell laptop with Windows Vista installed and have have tried to get my email account on to outlook. The problem is that I can receive emails but the machine will not send them. I copied the connection address from my old machine which I am using now. Can you help please?
