Chester Bennington Hospitalised/Hospitalized

“Chester Ben­ning­ton, vocal­ist for Linkin Park was admit­ted to a Los Angeles
area hos­pital last Fri­day after­noon after an attack of severe back and
abdom­inal pains. Ben­ning­ton remains hos­pit­al­ized as doc­tors are still
try­ing to determ­ine the cause of these ail­ments.
“All tour­ing and video shoot plans in Europe have been put on hold this
month as we make sure Chester fully recov­ers,” states a spokes­per­son for
the band “we wish him the best, and will keep every­one pos­ted as to his
condition.”

My best wishes are with him and his fam­ily.
Update 11/06/2003:

Linkin Park’s Chester Ben­ning­ton is out of hos­pital but details of his ill­ness are still a mys­tery. Chester him­self thinks it was simply a virus.

  10. I know you prob­ably don’t read these, but if you do you must get a kick out of it. I hope you see all the luck that you have come across. I know you must have soo much pain both emo­tion­ally and phys­ic­ally, only this pain that you have, so many oth­ers are going through it too. They’re just a little less vocal about it(lol). I just hope that you appre­ci­ate the escape hav­ing music a pro­fes­sion. Just be pre­pared. So many people love you now but you still have a num­ber of years before you die. although becom­ing a rock star is kinda sign­ing your own death wish. But I bet it’s still worth it. Con­tinue with the life you have cre­ated, it can only last for soo long. You can always hope to be like Nir­vana. They were only fam­ous for a couple of year. Now they’re gone yet there still Rock legends! by the way, does the band have an obses­sion with Japan?

  35. Hey all of Linkin Park, I’m not sure whether this is actu­ally going to be dir­ec­ted to you lol! Any­way I was on the web look­ing for a suit­able LP wall­pa­per for my desktop (you guys rock) and I came across a page where it recor­ded Chester Bennington’s years at high school and when he did a play in his under­wear, jab­bing a fire­stick!!!
    This seems hardly fair that every­one loves Chester and no one men­tions the rest of the band like Joe, Brad, Rob, Phoenix, thoguh Mike does get some atten­tion lol!
    Whoever’s read­ing this (that’s if you guys are) could you tell Mike that his rap­ping is great the words go through my head every­day at school, i cant ignore it! When me and my mum fell out over a row, I felt angry and i stormed upstairs; turned on Hybrid Theory’s Points of Author­ity.
