I’ve not managed to blog recently. Things have been pretty busy: Work is busy: juggling deadlines and moving goals. Things have been busy at home in lots of ways too, trying to get things sorted, clearing out and selling on ebay. The car is currently very poorly.
I’ve been continuing my attempts to implement David Allen’s Getting Things Done (GTD) and I’ve also started reading Covey’s 7 Habits. We are almost ready to announce some exciting news about Jamie, and I have a couple of new projects I’m trying to roll out.
I was also supposed to massage my blog layout into a Wordpress drop in theme this weekend. Unfortunately, I didn’t get chance to complete that (sorry Mark). I’ll try to finish that one over the next couple of evenings.
I’ve read some good books and listened to lots of good music. More when I get chance…

Dude…
Dropped in to say hello, so “hello”.
I read GTD this year and implemented pretty much everything (in my own way).
I have a clean email in box. I have a clutter free desk at work. My paper in tray is clear. I use my “traditional organiser” as a tickler file (by adding a note in the monthly tabs).
I bought a wicked little digital recorder for getting my thoughts out of my head http://www.dabs.com/uk/Search2/Product+Details.htm?quicklinx=34K7&searchphrase=olympus%20digital
I always ask “whats the next action?”
One thing at a time.
Life changing is the only way to describe it.
Whenever I feel some tension coming on in my shoulders - I know I’m falling into bad habits.
Now Stephen Covey - Hmmm. Too complex man!
Have you read 7 Habits of Highly Defective People - Scott Adams

Aamir, hello!
It’s great to hear from you again. I hope you are well. You sound like you are doing ok.
Thanks for the encouragement on GTD. I’m not there yet, but I’m working on it.
It’s too early for me to decide about Covey.
Thanks for the article link, there’s some good advice in there.
