Oops!

As some of you may have noticed, a slight slip of the mouse (also known as user error) had me momentarily post tomorrows story ahead of time. A further slip of the fingers (also known as reallystupid user error), then had me post it with a past date!

Sorry about that, the story will appear tomorrow! :-(

  1. Mike,

Don’t think you can get away with it that easily! But you are not the only one who has made the error of not clicking that darn check-box or generally getting confused with publication dates.

Anyways, I just wanted to say that because of your post, I learned that WordPress is more international than I first thought. I don’t mean those who use the software, but those who have contributed to it. Only recently did I learn that Donncha lives in Ireland, and only this evening did I realise you are (I guess) British.
This is something that encourages me — what with various countries waging war on each other — that a group of people can get together and develop something that brings others together in a similar way.

Basically, I just wanted to say Ta, and keep up the dedicated work. Ditto to the others as well.

    Ollie.

  2. Hi Oliver,
Yes I am British and WordPress was international from the beginning. I think someone pointed out recently that, theoretically, there is almost 24-hour coverage in terms of developer awake times! :-)
Thanks, for the encouragement, though these days, there are a lot of developers doing a lot more than I.
